Central Minnesota made – family owned
Hi, I'm Ryan Andvik – owner and operator of RTA LLC.
I started striping parking lots to help fill a need for a few family members and friends that owned local businesses – not intending on it becoming a full-time career. My natural tendency to complete projects right and my commitment to doing excellent work unintentionally grew my business. I now operate RTA LLC full-time and am committed to providing my customers with high-quality pavement marking services. I have really grown to love helping business owners improve their parking areas and create a more inviting first impression for their customers. |
Parking lot painting or striping is not glamorous, but I take great pride in my work and treat every opportunity like I'm doing it for family. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
I Am Fully insured and meet industry standards
How often should i have my parking area striped?
Your parking lot gives customers a first impressions for your business. A freshly painted lot is a mark of regular maintenance and pride. What does your parking area say about your commitment to a great customer experience?
Strategic design and regular lot striping helps ensure you are maximizing your parking space needs and also assists visitors with a logical flow of traffic. |
Freshly painted parking areas provide better overall safety for pedestrians and shows your customers and community that you are committed to keeping a well-maintained property.

Some wait until there is almost no sign of any paint left in their lot while others stripe every single year. Some customers even have their pavement painted multiple times in a season, particularly those with high traffic areas.
Some of the things that affect the longevity of a parking lot are:

Some of the things that affect the longevity of a parking lot are:
- Amount of traffic
- Flow of traffic (are people staying in drive lanes vs. driving across parking stalls)
- Amount of snowfall and road salt applied each year
- Vehicle leaks (oil, transmission fluid, etc.)
- Parking lot maintenance (commercial sweeping, power-washing, etc.)
